With headquarters in Evry, Starsem employs about 30 highly qualified specialists to work in the following departments of the Soyuz Company:

Sales department: handles marketing, sales, as well as customer relations.

Programs department: leads the oversight of Soyuz launch vehicle manufacturing and technical management of new developments. Prepares and leads launch campaigns in Baikonur, and manages payload and launch facilities.

Finances department: deals with financial and legal aspects and human resources.
